The Amda Association for dementia, Alzheimer's and similar diseases in Israel was founded to help the families of patients during their personal and familial struggle. The support groups that Amda professionally accompanies and supports are spread throughout the country, and they provide for the needs of the primary caregiver in terms of emotional processing, behavioural adjustments, and the changes required at home.
